Common issues

Signing in. Perity uses Sign in with Apple only. If it fails, check Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, and confirm Perity is listed there. Reinstalling the app does not erase your data — it lives in your account, not on the device.

Apple Health isn't syncing. Perity only reads categories you've approved. Check iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Perity, and confirm the categories you expect — cycle, medications, sleep — are turned on.

Reminders aren't firing. Dose and habit reminders are scheduled on your phone, never sent from a server. Check Settings → Notifications → Perity, and that Perity isn't caught in a Focus mode's blocked list.

Face ID won't unlock the app. Confirm Face ID is enabled for Perity under Settings → Face ID & Passcode.

Your data

In the app, Settings → Export my data gives you a complete copy of your record. Settings → Delete account & data permanently erases it, with no copy kept. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy; for data-rights requests specifically, privacy@perity.app.

Perimenopause and how Perity works

Straight answers on perimenopause itself, plus how tracking, syncing, and privacy work inside the app, are in the FAQ.
